Returns/Exchange
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces which include all of our personalized jewelry. ALL personalized items are final sale.
All of our rings are custom made and can only be returned for store credit or size exchange.
Non Personalized items may be exchanged for full store credit or credit back to your original form of payment minus a 10% restocking fee within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be in original and unworn condition and in original packaging. Customers who do not purchase Redo return coverage are responsible for shipping fees. Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations up to 24hrs after an order is place, after that orders go into our production scheduled and materials are purchased and allocated to making that piece.
Orders placed 'by mistake' or requests to cancel an order are subject to a 3% fee. That is not our fee, that is the charge to process the transaction and it is NOT refunded to us when we cancel an order so we will not be able to refund it to you.
Repairs/Replacements
If a product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
We offer repairs on all of our jewelry, please reach out to us for further information as each repair is assessed individually.
