Heart Hands Necklace

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday and although UPS said it was delivered on 17 December at 9.28am to my home address I have yet to see it. UPS have now said it is a lost item and have tried contacting Isabelke Grace Jewellery but have had no response.

I bought the heart hands necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas, a couple months in the necklace got tangled (I don’t blame this on IG) I emailed several times inquiring if I could buy a new chain from them, or if I should just order a new necklace. After several emails with no response, I just ordered a new necklace (for reference, it’s not about the money the necklace is $50).

Necklace arrived, when I went to put it on the first time, the chain broke.

We took it to a local jeweler, had it fixed, based on the lack of communication from the first incident, this was the easier route, and I was going to let it go, but I received this email for a review.

So here it is.
